Seth J. Rials, MD, PhD, FACC
Dr. Rials, a specialist in cardiac arrhythmias, joined HeartCare, Inc in 1999. Dr. Rials graduated from Michigan State with a B.S. in Physiology. He then attended The Chicago Medical School and received his M.D. and Ph.D. degrees. After receiving his M.D., Dr. Rials completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Rials then completed his cardiology and electrophysiology fellowship at The Medical College of Pennsylvania, also in Philadelphia Dr. Rials is board certified in Cardiac Electrophysiology, in Cardiovascular Disease, and in Internal Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a member of the Heart Rhythm Society. Dr. Rials has lectured numerous times on the evaluation and management of cardiac arrhythmias and has published more than twenty articles in the field of electrophysiology and pacing. As a specialist in electrophysiology since 1991, Dr. Rials has considerable experience in performing diagnostic electrophysiology studies, catheter ablations, pacemaker implants, defibrillator implants, and biventricular device implants. Dr. Rials sees patients in our Gahanna, Dublin, and Grove City offices.
